The rules of the road.

Version: 2026-05-29 · Last updated: 29 May 2026

By applying to or participating in Fellowship of No, you agree to these Terms. They're written to be readable — but they're still legally binding, so please read them.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By submitting an application to the Fellowship of No, becoming a member, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't apply or use the service.

"We," "us," and "Fellowship of No" refer to the operator of this service.

2. What the Fellowship is — and isn't

Fellowship of No is a peer-support community for people who want to step out of habitual people-pleasing. It includes self-assessment tools, written and recorded material, group calls, and a moderated private community.

Important: Fellowship of No is not therapy, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, addiction treatment, or crisis intervention. Nothing we publish or say is medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a professional immediately: in the US dial or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); in the UK call Samaritans on 116 123; elsewhere contact your local emergency services or your doctor.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to apply or participate. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we discover that someone under 18 has accessed the service, we will close the account and delete the data.

4. The application process

5. Member conduct

If you are admitted, you agree to:

We may suspend or remove a member at any time for conduct that, in our judgment, violates these rules or harms the community.

6. Intellectual property

Anything you contribute in the community — your writing, your voice on calls, your ideas — remains yours. By contributing, you grant us and other members a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your contribution within the community for the purposes the community exists for. You can withdraw this license at any time by leaving the community, after which we'll remove your contributions from active circulation; cached or already-distributed copies may persist.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100) if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

8. Indemnification
