The rules of the road.
By applying to or participating in Fellowship of No, you agree to these Terms. They're written to be readable — but they're still legally binding, so please read them.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By submitting an application to the Fellowship of No, becoming a member, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't apply or use the service.
"We," "us," and "Fellowship of No" refer to the operator of this service.
2. What the Fellowship is — and isn't
Fellowship of No is a peer-support community for people who want to step out of habitual people-pleasing. It includes self-assessment tools, written and recorded material, group calls, and a moderated private community.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to apply or participate. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If we discover that someone under 18 has accessed the service, we will close the account and delete the data.
4. The application process
- There is no fee to apply.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee admission to the Fellowship.
- Submission does not create a contract for services. A contract is only formed if you are invited to join, accept the invitation, and (if applicable) pay any agreed membership fee.
- We may decline to admit anyone, for any lawful reason, without explanation.
5. Member conduct
If you are admitted, you agree to:
- Treat fellow members with respect and good faith.
- Keep what is shared in fellowship calls and the private community confidential. Don't record, screenshot, or repost private discussions without the explicit consent of everyone involved.
- Not harass, intimidate, dox, or discriminate against any member or facilitator.
- Not use the community to advertise, recruit, or promote commercial offers without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or remove a member at any time for conduct that, in our judgment, violates these rules or harms the community.
6. Intellectual property
All material we produce — written guides, recordings, slides, the website itself — remains our property (or the property of our licensors). You may use it for your personal, non-commercial growth. You may not republish, resell, or train AI models on it without our prior written permission.
Anything you contribute in the community — your writing, your voice on calls, your ideas — remains yours. By contributing, you grant us and other members a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your contribution within the community for the purposes the community exists for. You can withdraw this license at any time by leaving the community, after which we'll remove your contributions from active circulation; cached or already-distributed copies may persist.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
